Goodwill of the Olympics and Rainier Region is the employer of record for the paid internship, reducing the HR burden on employers.
Placements are based on the number of young adult enrollments and businesses will be intentionally matched with the young adult’s area of interest and location. The purpose of this program is to help provide valuable work experience to the next generation of workforce talent and help businesses with additional staffing needs.
