WHAT IS CAREER DAY?

Sparks fly when the trades open doors for hands-on learning at the Washington State Fairgrounds in Puyallup each November.

Students try welding, drive heavy equipment, connect electrical circuits and more. Tomboy Tools hosts a large girls-only section dedicated to encouraging women to seek careers in the trades.

Students bring their curiosity and leave with a possible career path or even a job offer!
