Strategic Communications Services
We are pleased to announce that MadCap Marketing will provide Strategic Communications services for WorkForce Central.
Summary
We are seeking a qualified, local organization(s) or individual(s) to provide support and services for strategic communications that create equitable access to the workforce development system for job seekers, workers, and businesses. This will include assisting with outreach, advertising, strategic messaging, media relations, visual graphics, copywriting, language accessibility analysis, and website analysis, support, and security. Ideal respondents will demonstrate previous success providing these communications services, especially to diverse and hard-to-reach populations who are furthest from opportunity, and will have familiarity with the local and regional workforce development system.
Any contract for services resulting from this RFQQ will be funded to a maximum amount of $85,000. The period of performance of any contract resulting from this RFQQ is planned to begin on or near October 1, 2021 and end on September 30, 2022.
The desired frequency and amount of the communications services described in the RFQQ scope of work are not yet established; we are interested in seeing what respondents propose. Respondents should present a service delivery plan and budget that shows us what they can accomplish with the amount of funding that’s available, knowing there will probably be adjustments if they are selected for a contract. Our evaluation committee will assess proposed budgets for clear breakdown of costs and if costs per service/item are reasonable, but qualifications are weighted more heavily than the budget for evaluating proposals. We will finalize the actual plan and budget for service delivery with the selected contractor(s) during contract negotiations.
