At Nallayer Studios, owner Rey Thompson has used the Hire Pierce County: Next Gen internship program to find young adults interested in photo and video production as a career.
“I felt that there was a void in my community that needed a collective of cohesive creatives and a business that would facilitate an innovative environment that could cultivate and nurture their artistry,” he said. “It has allowed us to find talented, young individuals who are interested in photo and video production as a career. They have proven to be an asset to my business.”
