Community Reinvestment in Action: The WorkForce Central team is celebrating with another small business grant recipient, Luis Legaspi with Break Through LLC, who used his grant to purchase an Industrial Air Compressor. As a direct result of this new equipment, they have been able to hire several new employees and Luis has also been able to secure two local government contracts paying prevailing wage and securing work for the next two years! Congratulations, Luis!
