Caring With Compassion Community Founder and CEO Ronita Boullt utilized the Hire Pierce County: Next Gen internship program because she was interested in mentoring youth in the healthcare service field.
“The program allowed Caring With Compassion Community to save cost on payroll and direct monies saved to other operational costs as a small nonprofit,” Boullt said.
