Tax Centers of America in Lakewood took the opportunity to prepare young adults for everyday life while participating in Hire Pierce County: Next Gen.
“We found that assisting young adults in proper business procedures and everyday life situations allowed them the experience to cope with future success,” said Owner Don Wood. “The program had a positive impact on our daily operations, allowing full-time staff to train interns slowly while giving the staff experience as well.”
