eTc Tacoma

One of Tacoma’s premier black-owned clothing stores is excited about its newly remodeled downtown storefront, thanks in part to a Small Business Grant through WorkForce Central. Umi Wagoner, the owner of eTc Tacoma, created this Tacoma-based clothing line focused on community and urban style. Much of the new storefront is sourced and designed locally, further supporting other local businesses.

Thank you to the Washington State Department of Commerce for partnering with Local Workforce Boards on this initiative that allows local small businesses to grow and bolster the community in supporting one another.
