Milo G.

Milo was attending a program for high school completion and needed assistance finding part-time work to support themself as they finished school. They sought out WorkSource Pierce where they connected to Career TEAM a young adult service provider in the WorkSource Pierce system. A career advisor worked with Milo providing general career guidance and access to paid Work Experience opportunities.

With the assistance of their career advisor, Milo was able to earn their high school diploma early, was offered multiple job interviews, and was hired as a Graphic Design Assistant making $25 an hour!

Milo has already been selected to attend the Northwest College of Art & Design in the fall and hopes to continue working as a graphic designer while in school.
