Swae Media

Swae Media owner Benjamin Maestas III has big plans for the growth of his Tacoma-based media company. Having started in real estate media, Ben continues his efforts to connect audiences through video and photography by expanding his services into brand storytelling and social media content creation. With the help of a Small Business Grant from Workforce Central, Ben is purchasing a more powerful workstation to streamline his editing process and workflow, which will contribute to his business’s growth and sustainability.

“This computer will help ground us in this work, which in turn will help us grow and expand in the years to come,” Ben said. “We are so grateful for this opportunity and excited about how it will impact our business and other businesses we collaborate with!”

Thank you to the Washington State Department of Commerce for partnering with Local Workforce Boards on this initiative that supports small businesses in strengthening their services and helping provide more stability in the future
